Johnny "Irie Mon" Eager

 

Presently in the Kansas City area, Johnnie has Performed at the Isle of Capri and Argosy Casinos.  Performed at pArrowhead club and Chiefs VIP's.  Performed at Kansas Speedway .  Performed for many arts and crafts festivals, including Overland Park and Hidden Glenn.  Performed at Country Clubs such as Mission Hills , Kansas City Country Club, Leawood, Meadowbrook, Milburn, Leawood, and Blue Hills.  Performed for many private parties, businesses and malls.

Past mentions go during the 70's when he was a member of "Bloodstone". Touring the west coast and the Caribbean . His love for the Caribbean Music didn't stop there. But gave it jumps-start during the mid-80's early 90's, when he played trombone with Miguel "MAMBO" DeLeon Orchestra - MAMBO-X which traveled him all across the mid-west firing up fans with his phat trombone sound, and comical antics. He has a masters degree in Music composition and Music Theory and teaches students, "young and not too old" he says "They need their original teeth!"
